    Departments may deem it necessary to engage the services of an independent contractor when external professional services are required. The irologist has developed a DocuSign model that can be used by requesting departments when using a person`s services. The Alabama employment contract contains the terms of involvement of an employer and a new employee. At-Will – Alabama is an “at will” state, meaning that the employer or employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time (unless otherwise specified in an agreement).
