  PLEASE READ THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING IT. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, ALL ADDITIONAL TERMS AND ORDER FORMS PROVIDED BY YOU AND SUGARCRM INC. (“SUGARCRM”) ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “AGREEMENT”. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE DEFINED HEREIN, CAPITALIZED TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS SET FORTH IN SECTION 12 BELOW. UNLESS AND UNTIL THE COMPANY HAS AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, THE COMPANY HAS NOT BECOME A LICENSEE OF THE SUGARCRM PRODUCT AND IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE IT. THE “EFFECTIVE DATE” OF THIS AGREEMENT IS THE DAY YOU CHECK THE “ACCEPT” BOX OR SIGN THE PURCHASE ORDER ISSUED TO YOU BY SUGARCRM (MANUALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY). We are an Advanced Partner of SugarCRM specializing in the implementation of cloud-based crm and citizen case management applications. We have in-depth knowledge of open standards technologies and provide innovative products and solutions to a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Our main focus is on business transformation, which creates increased operational efficiency. C. Below are the terms of use that apply to the On-Site Product (whether hosted by the Company or by a third party on behalf of the Company): D. IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT OR IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE COMPANY TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT CHECK THE “ACCEPT” BOX OR SIGN (MANUALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY) THE PURCHASE ORDER ISSUED TO YOU BY SUGARCRM. Where applicable, the Company has a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to access and use the Portal during the Subscription Term in a development and production environment, each solely for the Company`s internal business purposes and limited to the number of Portal Users as specified in the version of the product purchased by the Company. Portal user accounts cannot be shared or shared by more than one person. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Appendix A, one (1) employee of the Company may only access and use the Portal for administrative purposes (i.e., to grant access to Users of the Portal). .
