The idea of making homes and compounds “smart” or more easy for the inhabitants has existed for a while but it is now developed and completed.
SDTCO smart houses team is passionate about participating in this project, in which we are proud to introduce the idea of smart homes for our community.
The Smart house concept is that the home inhabitant is able to remotely control the systems in it, using its normal smart device (mobile phones, tablet…).
This provides the ability to control the following devices and systems:
• Lighting: prepare the house for your arrival, or turn off the lights after you leave if you have forgotten.
• Surveillance cameras: for family security and protecting your valuables from anywhere, anytime.
• Air conditioning: reduce the cost of electricity consumption by adjusting the air conditioning remotely.
• Any home appliance: with a simple connection, you can control any device at home.
• Any home that has a smart control system has six default control points.
But the owners can add an unlimited number of points and can control whatever they want. Remote control can be made from anywhere within the coverage limits of the wireless service provider which offers a better and more comfortable usage.
