    Enterprise value-added/mixed SATA SSDs, read-intensive enterprise SSDs, and thin SATA SSDs are not eligible for extended warranty coverage beyond 3 years unless purchased with a separate service offering such as Dell ProSupport, Dell ProSupport Plus, or Dell ProSupport™ Flex, which may be available to provide longer service times for an additional fee. If you purchased from a reseller (not directly from Dell), you may need to provide Dell with your original proof of purchase from your vendor in order to qualify for Dell`s warranty service. Some PowerConnect products are covered by an extended lifetime limited hardware warranty with basic hardware service, which is extended to 5 years after the end of product model sales, subject to the specific clarifications and limitations listed below. The Extended Service Life Limited Hardware Warranty does not include Dell ProSupport™ configuration or other advanced services. The extended lifetime limited hardware warranty is not transferable. Service Contract Pricing Information: Dell often offers promotional offers that include updated hardware, software and/or service contracts at a special price. These promotional offers may include, for example, an upgrade from Dell`s Limited Hardware Warranty to a single service agreement or a set of additional service contracts. These upgrades and packages may include additional services, such as: on-site service after remote diagnosis, premium support, or accidental damage service. Dell`s savings and discounts on these offers are only available to customers who purchase one of the promotional offers that includes a specific combination of hardware, software and/or service contract. Dell markets a variety of service options to U.S. consumers.

    Dell cannot guarantee the authenticity of the Products, Limited Warranties, Service or Support, or the accuracy of the offerings of the Products you purchase from any third party. Dell Printer Consumables Limited WarrantyThe following sections describe the Dell-branded Printer Consumables Limited Warranty (ink cartridges, toner cartridges, photo print packaging, and photo paper) for the United States, Canada and Latin America.
